WHOME

Women's Homeless Outreach Mobilization Effort  (WHOME) is our cold weather shelter for unsheltered women 18 and older..  We partner with Catholic Community Services who staffs our shelter with a site manager and case management to connects the women to services such as eduction, counseling and housing as well as health and medical services. 

The women are provided with a safe and secure place to sleep and a hot dinner,  They also have access to a washing machine, dryer and shower facilities. The women arrive each evening and leave again each morning.  They can eat breakfast and take a sack lunch with them before leaving. 

The meals are provided by parishioners and other community members.  If you're interested in volunteering in this program or supplying dinners, just call Brenda in the office..
