On April 6, Archbishop Paul D. Etienne appointed Fr. Carlos as the pastor of parish family 30, Holy Spirit and St. John the Baptist. The parroquial vicars will be Fr. Crispin Okoth and Fr. Gilberto Mora. These new assignments begin July 1. See the full list by clicking here.
